DBT Skills Group isn’t traditional group therapy where you’re expected to share deeply before you’re ready; it’s more like a structured class that teaches practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, intense emotions, and relationship stress. Each week, you learn new skills and practice applying them to real-life situations — whether that’s handling overwhelming feelings, improving communication, or getting through difficult moments without making things worse. Over time, participants begin to notice something shift: they feel more in control, more connected, and more confident in how they respond to life.
