Understanding Therapy Costs & Payment Options
Our session rates typically range from $150–$300, depending on the type and length of service, including individual, couples, and family therapy. Standard sessions are $150 per clinical hour, which includes approximately 50 minutes of face-to-face therapy. We believe quality mental health care should feel accessible, so sliding scale options may be available based on financial need and provider availability. We work with a variety of insurance plans to help make care more affordable; however, not all providers are contracted with every plan, so we recommend confirming in-network status with our office when scheduling.
Payment is due at the time of service for your portion of the fee, and we accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards (in credit card form). If you have questions about rates, insurance, or finding an option that fits your situation, we’re always happy to talk through it with you — openly, supportively, and without pressure.
