Meet The Team

Behind every session at 3rd Wave Counseling is a team of experienced therapists and coaches who believe that healing begins with a genuine human connection. Our clinicians are trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and third-wave behavioral approaches, bringing both clinical expertise and real-world experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex life challenges. We meet clients exactly where they are — whether they feel overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply ready for change — and walk alongside them at a pace that feels safe and meaningful. Through collaboration, ongoing consultation, and a deep commitment to growth and learning, we create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in respect. More than anything, we believe that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation for lasting change, and we strive to make every person who walks through our doors feel seen, supported, and understood.
